| Packing
can also be very stressful so we are giving you some helpful tips
on packing. Take your time in packing, do not do it all at one time.
Start packing little by little and give yourself time to sort out
what you will be needing the most. Those items you can pack towards
the end to prevent yourself from having to go back to look through
the previous boxes that you have packed.
· Pack one room
at a time, this way all like items will be packed together and not
scattered. For instance: Do not pack books with dishes.
· Try to put heavier
items in smaller boxes and lighter items in larger boxes.
· Do not over
or under pack boxes. If you over pack, the box can have openings
around it and you can have items sticking out. Under packing can
cause the box to dent in or be crushed.
· Use plenty of
packing materials such as: packing paper, bubble wrap, stretch wrap.
Use these materials especially when packing fragile items.
· Use wardrobe
boxes to prevent ironing or dry cleaning costs.
· If your furniture
needs to be disassembled make sure to put all loose screws or bolts
in a small plastic bag and attach it to the furniture.
